A pair of antique one light wall sconces, with glass mirror reflectors made up in small pieces on sides of tin and a whole mirror on the back. An American original from the intermediate period, 1766 - 1800. Scones suggestive of Pennsylvania workmanship. Originally used real candles and converted to electric. They can be wired into a electrical wall box that is controlled by a wall switch or an extension cord with an in-line switch & plug could be used. They could also be converted back to a candle. They are 10 1/4" tall x 5 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" deep. Two 6 watt bulbs are included. The scones weigh almost 2 pounds each. Insurance for shipping is an extra if desired. These 1800's lamps would look great in an older house being upgraded.
